When you see the green “Priority” badge on a job listing, it means the job has been posted within the last 4 hours and it is only accessible to job seekers with an average review rating of 4.5 or higher. 

If you have not received a review yet, or your average rating is less than 4.5, you need to wait until the 4 hour priority period has ended. This way, higher ranked job seekers are given priority to apply to jobs first.

Getting your review rating up pays off! Once your average rating is 4.5 or higher, you get priority access to recently posted jobs. As soon as a new job is posted that matches your preferences, you get notified instantly and you have priority access to apply to the latest jobs for the first 4 hours. After that, the lower rated job seekers are notified and given access to apply.
