As a Fill in Pro employer you can create job listings and browse available job seekers in your area. When you find a candidate that seems like a good fit, you can invite them to apply to your job. See our pricing plans to sign up for our free “Discovery” plan to get started, and upgrade to the “Pro” plan when you’re ready to ramp it up. 

Once you create a job listing, we’ll match you with candidates that are looking for jobs like yours. We notify you when a jobseeker applies to your job, and when new job seekers sign up that match what you’re looking for.  

You can communicate with your applicants directly on FillinPro.com to discuss the job details. Once you hire a candidate, you pay them directly (not through Fill in Pro) for their services, then leave a review for them on FIP and they will do the same.
