When you create your job listing, you can choose among 3 job types - fill in, part time, or full time. All of them are for temporary positions. Follow this guide:

Fill in:  when you need someone to work on a specific date or multiple dates. This option allows you to choose the date or dates you need a candidate, whether you need someone only for one day or several dates. Job seekers will be able to “book” each individual date, and you can decide to hire them or cancel the booking and wait for another candidate.

Part Time: when you need someone for temporary work on a part time basis (less than 32 hrs per week).

Full Time: when you need someone for temporary work on a full time basis (typically 32 hrs per week or more).

Note: if your job does not have a definite end date, or you’re not sure how long you’ll need them to work, you can post a full time or part time job with no end date.
